End User License Agreement for Breakthrough Publishing House Library App

By downloading, accessing, or using the Breakthrough Publishing House Library App (the Breakthrough Publishing House Library "App"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement (the "EULA"). If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, access, or use the App.

  • 1 .License to Use. The App is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this EULA. OpenAI grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on any device that you own or control.

You are solely responsible for the content of your comments and any consequences that may result from your comments.
